Shipping policy

Shipping Policy — Backache Garden Club

Free shipping on orders over $75 — because your back's doing enough work already.

Order Processing
Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days. Peak season may slow us down a little.

Shipping & Delivery
Once it ships, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you picked at checkout.

Order Updates
Tracking info lands in your inbox the moment your order ships.

Secure Checkout
All payments run through a secure, encrypted checkout — your card details are safer than our lower backs.

Delivery times are estimates, not promises. Carrier delays, weather, and the occasional garden-variety chaos are outside our control.
