Refund Policy — Backache Garden Club

We dig too much. We plant too much. Sometimes we also mess up an order — it happens.

We'll make it right if:

• We sent you the wrong gear
• It showed up damaged or defective

Timeframe: 30 days from purchase. After that, we're sorry — it's a no-go, like weeds after the first freeze.

How to request: Email admin@backachegardenclub.com with your order number and what went wrong. No forms, no runaround.

This policy might change without warning — gardens do too. For the latest version, just email us.

One last thing: wash it right and it'll outlast your lower back. Check the care instructions in your order.
